Universal as standard – As standard with complete and universal processing technology
The basic design provides a bath change technique with standing baths in the pre-and main wash zone. This includes double drum equipment for the last main wash chamber with the exclusive and patented technology DryTransfer of the PowerTrans RotaFlex for maximum water saving. As standard, the chambers at the beginning and the end of the rinsing zone have optimized round perforation, and the last chambers are also equipped with double drums of an industrial design to meet all applications.
The inner drum rotational speed can be infinitely and individually programmed for each wash program over an extremely wide spectrum. For each batch, the bath levels are electronically controlled as required, and this holds true for all water, detergents, and chemicals to be added.
Patented hygienic tank technology – Perfect and simple water recycling
To optimally use the water in the machine, all PowerTrans RotaFlex models are equipped as standard with a very large tank of a special design meeting hygiene requirements with an inclined bottom, outer bends and an automatic drain.
Part of this patented system is a precise volume recording in the tank itself by means of an industry proven, simple and maintenance-free sensor system.
In this manner, complex reverse control valves and long pipe work are no longer necessary; the filling process in chamber 1 and in the pre-wash zone is no longer subject to time limitations.
As an option, the tank unit of the PowerTrans RotaFlex can be extended to form an ingeniously simple cold/hot water management system to minimize the use of fresh water especially for hospital equipment (patented).
