PowerTrans Bottom and PowerTrans Top
PowerTrans Bottom and PowerTrans Top contrast only inside. You can easily combine both systems in your laundry without any differences in maintenance and servicing.
Our top transfer batch washer is something special on the market of tunnel washers. We combined the Top Transfer with the robust drum and bearing principle of the Bottom Transfer. However, the crowning of this new development was the permanent rotation - a washing movement known from the washer extractors which grants highly effective penetration action with minute wear of the linen. Furthermore, the washer can be handled with common swivel motion. Both systems can do an hourly capacity of 600-9000 lbs.
 PowerTrans Bottom has achieved extremely high transfer stability even when the machine is overloaded and has increased active washing volume. Absolute flow integrity because the batch is not pushed back and forth via the adjoined double drum inside the screw. For 80, 110, 165, or 220 lb. batches. PowerTrans Top is for 55, 80, 110, 165 or 220 lb. batches. For the first time you can choose a programmable wash movement with a permanent rotation as in common washer extractors or with classical swivel movement. The permanent lifting of the bath with its free fall provides excellent penetration action for best possible fabric care.
FLEXline and FLOWline - PowerTrans Bottom and PowerTrans Top are available as universal type FLEXline or in classical FLOWline execution. Both types do the rinsing with the counter flow technique supported with the patented flowstop of the PowerTrans.
