Developing the PowerTrans
 The
PowerTrans conquers new fields of industrial design and wash technology.
For the first time, the modular system guarantees you the choice between
a classical bottom transfer and top transfer tunnel washer using the
identical design platform. A stainless steel inner drum of 4 mm and
a stainless steel outer drum of 3 mm is used and manufactured on a
modern computer-operated welding and bearing platform. Perfectly connected
weild joints and excellent running performance of the drum guarantees
a long life span of all components and an excellent quality to the
sensitive inner drum surface. The crown of this new development is
the permanent rotation, a washing movement known in washer extractors
which grants highly effective penetration action with minute wear
of linen.
From 600-9000 lbs. hourly capacity, without any washing limitation,
this is the most suitable and efficient continuous batch washing
system you will work with.
