The Turnex features a patented system for continuous and automatic
balancing. This system reacts instantly to any imposed imbalance throughout
the work distribution, high-speed extract and braking cycle to achieve
the steady-state balanced condition in less than one second of time.
This technology eliminates up to 93% of vibration and rotor displacement,
achieves noise reduction of 90% and contributes to a long machine
life. The Turnex can even operate smoothly with partial loads and
difficult items like rubber-backed mats without interruptions.
Compact and Powerful
- High g-factor and short cycle times. All Turnex
models reach a g-factor of up to 600. Field-programmable control
of cycle times allows the adjustment to all kinds of textures
and required moisture retention rates.
- Design characteristics - The Turnex has a
totally close stainless steel machines panelling including the
machine top, fully shielding the internal extractor components
from dust and lint. It does not need any lifting cylinders for
unloading position so total machine height does not exceed 2400
mm. The Turnex neither requires doors not a lid to close the basket
after loading. Thus any stoppages caused by squeezed-in loose
items or light barrier fault signals are eliminated.
 Stainless
steel quality design - Outer cylinder, inner basket, water
collecting vat and machine panelling are completely made of stainless
steel.
- Compact Design - The Turnex is of a very compact
design. Since all cylinder components for loading, extraction
and discharge positioning are eliminated with the Turnex design,
each operational step effects inside the closed machine housing
and leads to very favorable overall dimensions.
- Machine height - Because of a maximum total
height of 2400 mm, the Turnex can be the ideal solution for installations
with limited head room availability or narrow local site conditions.
 Inverter
Drive - Infinite speed, regulation for loading, distribution,
extract, reversing shake-out and discharge operations via single
motor with inverter. Electronically controlled smooth acceleration
of extract speeds. Maximum extraction time at top g-factor.
Turnex centrifugal extraction presses are manufactured for
the following batch sizes:
- Turnex TX 1400 batch capacity 75 - 100 kg
- Turnex TX 900 batch capacity 50 - 75 kg
- Turnex TX 500 batch capacity 24 - 40 kg
