 What does pressing pressure mean exactly?
The PowerPress captures the actual direct pressure of the press membrane on the laundry. In comparison to other systems, which simply measure the system pressure, this ensures that each type of fabric is optimally monitored and the maximum possible pressure applied. The direct pressure detection also forms an integral part of the PowerPress safety system.
High Moisture Extraction Performance with and without the TURBO version
Time and hydraulic pressure are the keys to powerful but gentle moisture extraction. The new high performance hydraulic system with up to 40 or 56 bar pressing pressure on the laundry reaches maximum capacity even faster than previously designed. And if your PowerPress is equipped with the newly developed TURBO version, even long continuous batch tunnel washers with correspondingly shorter wash cycle times are able to achieve moisture extraction performances which were not considered to be possible until now. High moisture extraction performances are possible for batch cycle times well below 90 seconds. Even continuous batch tunnel washers with more than 20 compartments now make sense from a technical point of view.
