Multi-purpose Use
The dryer can easily be integrated in batch washing systems and full drying groups or can be used as stand alone unit.
In standard execution, we offer a PLC controller with 15 free programmable drying processes, drum reversing and loading and unloading sequences. Alternately, we offer an industrial type SPS controller for 99 programs in case special dry processes, perfume injections, textile finishing or the connection to the MIS systems are required.
New economic loading and unloading systems - The 258 Series is not only used as an integrated part of a tunnel washing system but also the perfect and multi-functional partner for any full-dry system. We also offer any kind of semi- or fully automatic loading and unloading systems with or without storage components whatever laundry dimensions or standards are required.

Constant Power, Full Availability
Noise and heat emission- The use of the new turbine fans has lowered the noise level by 6-7 dB(A) - you feel it as half the noise than with the former series. In addition, standard full insulation of the dryer case reduces radiant heat loss. A further achievement is the optional Super Silent package to obtain a noise level of only 70 dB(A).
Automatic lint collecting systems - New large mobile lint trolleys can easily be withdrawn and emptied from the pedestal area after operation. The dryer immediately returns to its standby position. For special applications of dryer groups, we offer a central lint collector system with safety sprinkler unit. These collector boxes can be positioned even on the soiled side of the laundry.
New drum drive - We use a easy accessible and heat isolated drum drive with gear to increase reliability, minimize maintenance, and reduce noise level. The drum itself is places on four large-sized and solid support rollers made out of temperature proven vulcanization. With this combination and an electronic smooth startup control, a long term disturbance-free operation without problems is achieved even with overloaded. We can offer on request an inverter drive unit of the SpeedClean system.
