In addition to the classical customer service, the Technical Services division also includes new elements, such as targeted application training, new maintenance systems as well as teleservice at various levels. In this regard, Internet offers excellent possibilities which are also used for the operating data management of our customers.
Based on the principle of this fundamental philosophy, we perform intensive development work in each of our divisions to increase productivity, flexibility and, as a result, the economic viability of laundry operations.
