All data is controlled by Internet technology which synchronizes with the management system used in the laundry so no new programming is necessary. This new management circle developed by Kannegiesser provides the possibility to reduce the administration to a minimum. The laundry gets information on its stock, the employer gets information on its expenditure and the wearer knows their individual number of garments.
Unlimited acceptance
The acceptance of a used garment is always possible during the day or night. The wearer simply puts the garment in the chute designed for this purpose. The system reads the data from the chip in the garment and completes the statistic for that person thus allowing an uninterrupted data management system to be achieved. In addition, input of private clothing is prevented by reading the data on the chip and returning an unknown garment by a slide.
Automatic system
On the delivering of the garment by the laundry, all garments are directly transferred out of the container onto the feed conveyor. By lowering an automatic transport unit the garments are taken to a separator to be fed to the system. At the same time, DressCare Select reads the data stored in the chip or on the hanger and updates the stock data bank. With smaller systems, manual feeding is optionally possible so the garments can be automatically identified.
Reliable
The system works with the well-proven conveyor technology using standard modular components, which can be combined to meet each specific need assuring a maximum of technical reliability and requiring a minimum of maintenance.
