• Version I: The simplest discharging solution – Direct discharging onto a belt conveyor and transfer to the next processing step.
• Version II: Short-term buffer solution – A pair of holding bags positioned beneath the storage box, allows a small buffer before discharging onto the transfer belt conveyor. This ensures that the subsequent processing stations will be supplied continuously.
• Version III: The use of a monorail system offers the largest storage possibility – Combined with a monorail solution, larger buffer storage capacity can be achieved. From a simple loop arrangement to a multi lane bag storage system with the opportunity to sort, store and feed multiple drop points throughout the laundry.
