Fields of application:
On the soiled side of a laundry a belt conveyor either with or without a sorting arrangement can supply either batch washing lines as well as washer extractors.
Either for direct loading of defined batches or as a means of support. In larger buffer solutions, a combination with bag storage systems should be regarded as the most sensible solution.
On the clean side of the laundry, the AERO-System allows one or several full drying units to be installed completely independently. A storage box combined with a transfer conveyor from different loading points of the wet work or placing them high on a steel platform in order to create space for workplaces located beneath. This also applies to unloading from washer extractors via a conveyor belt into an AERO-System.
The AERO-System can also be used to transport wet or dry laundry items from a transfer or loading conveyor to the subsequent processing stations such as tunnel finishers, feeding machines, or dry laundry folders.
A combination of all applications is possible as a result of the high flexibility using directional switchover points.
Storage facilities:
Storage boxes can be operated individually or via a central suction fan, whereby they are loaded in succession. Items of laundry are transported reliably and very quickly to the storage boxes, which are installed at different positions in the laundry. The suction fan creates a vacuum in the storage box, and an airflow in the AERO tube serves as the transporting medium for the laundry items, which are then held in the storage box until discharge. Using this application, it is possible to retrofit existing machine lines such as large drying machines with this feature.
The main benefit of the AERO-System is the transport of laundry, but an additional benefit is the brief intermediate storage of laundry batches.
Single storage boxes for 60 kg, 90 kg, 120 kg are available. Also a double batch 2 x 60 kg twin box.
