The New solution for Laundry Distribution
 Many laundries have problems with transfer solutions between the washing, drying and finishing areas, which is often a result of obstructed transfer routes. This prevents the planning of an optimum solution.
As replacement and in addition to conventional container technologies, the AERO vacuum transport system is equipped with a suction pipe, which offers a variety of possibilities to plan the distribution of laundry.
There are several possibilities to transfer laundry to achieve the optimum logistic flow of goods. During this process, the work is delivered to the respective unloading points via one or several feeding positions. This logistically useful arrangement offers advantages such as space saving and reduced processing time.
Laundry items are automatically loaded into the AERO vacuum transport system.
The airflow serves as the transport medium for laundry items in transit through the tube.
 With almost unlimited possibilities for creating transport routes zigzagging through the laundry, the fast and reliable transfer of items from the suction station directly to a remote tumbler dryer can be achieved. This enables optimum machine utilization.
The laundry can be buffered in the storage box until discharge.
A cluster of several directional switch over points allows the transfer of laundry to several storage destinations.
