The roller/chest principle remains the most economical technology for drying and smoothing of flatwork. The High Power Grand is a 1 roller machine offering the capacity of a modern 2 x 1300 ironer thus reducing operating costs and saving space.
There are no ironing tapes required, no pressing marks, and with minimum heating-up times, the Grand delivers excellent finish quality at a constant capacity independent of the clothing condition.
Heating Band Technology
A diameter of almost 2 meters requires a resilient chest band, a technical challenge solved by an approx. 8 mm thick sandwich heating band made of highly dynamic and resistant stainless steel. This heating band snugs around the roller in an almost form-fitting manner. New stainless steel alloys have permitted the realization of this heating band technology, together with the breathtaking evolution of the laser welding method.
Steam and condensate guidance
The Grand features insulated steam and condensate lines as standard. It also offers quadruple steam supply and multiple condensate drain points.
 Capacity increase
The performance of the High Power Grand with its 1 roller has the capacity of a modern 2 x 1300 ironer or a 3 x 800 ironer.
