 Folding
and Stacking Technology for Small Pieces
The wide variety of small pieces requires a high standard in precision
folding and stacking performance for the small pieces folding machine.
The well proven Kannegiesser reverse folding principle with automatic
adjustment of the piece thickness for length folding, with each
accessible external mounted clutches, enables small pieces to be
folded with one or two length folds or folded in thirds or bypass
without folding.
For each lane, there is a stacker for the small peices, which can
be stacked exactly with our without length fold.
The following features are incorporated in the RFS machine:

air sword and the piece thickness controlled lifting stacker
- Controlled transfer of the small peieces during stacking
