The CEM series of feeders are equipped with many effective elements that work in unison for excellent performance and consistent first-rate feeding quality.
A powerful vacuum operates beneath the perforated feed-in belts, holding the items in place.
Spreading plates arranged according to each lane, hold the items in the center of the vacuum chute ensuring continuous excellent smoothing of the item edges.
Large and sturdy fans create a powerful controllable vacuum in the vacuum chute.
A drive shaft minimizes the distance between the leading edge of the cloth and the smoothing plate, clearly improving the feeding quality of the item.
The length and geometry of the vacuum chute make it possible to thoroughly shake out even very long items such as flat sheets or large table linen.
Available options on both the CEM-ST and the CEM-S Super Standard:
- Belt stop, so that the item can be placed on the belt for extra quality.
- Tilt shelf support for small items, to free the operator from turning his/her body.
- Operating buttons for batch change and reject of items.
- Feeding table lighting.
- Laser beam to assist in straight-edged feeding of items.
- Movable pressure roll.
